How it works

Wallet in, proof out

A delivery is a sequence, and every step of ours is visible to you.

  1. 01

    Load your wallet

Deposit once by EFT, instant EFT or card. Deliveries deduct automatically — no invoicing loop, no COD.

  2. 02

    Book and see the price

Pick your vehicle, pickup and drop-off in the portal. Every line is shown — distance, return leg, extras — before you commit. WhatsApp still works if you prefer it.

  3. 03

    Track in real time

Follow the driver from collection to hand-over. Delays and arrivals are pushed to you, not chased by you.

  4. 04

    Proof, every time

A code, photo or signature closes the job. Statements reconcile against Order Numbers daily, weekly, monthly.

The verified warehouse marketplace

Rent real space. List real space. Nothing unverified, ever.

Every warehouse on Madaraka's marketplace — including our own — is inspected in person before it goes live. See real pallet availability and daily rates, or list your own spare capacity and earn from it. No unverified listing is ever shown to a client.

Questions

Asked before you ask

Yes. The warehouse marketplace lists inspected, verified facilities — including Madaraka's own — with live pallet availability, daily rates and customer ratings. Reserve space in the client portal or ask on WhatsApp.

Yes. Submit your facility from the client portal with its capacity and daily pallet rate. We inspect and verify every listing in person before it goes live, and only verified facilities are ever shown to clients.

No. Madaraka is fully cashless. Your business wallet pays for every delivery automatically, so drivers never handle money and nothing is dispatched unpaid.

Every confirmed booking generates a unique Order Number. Use it for live tracking, WhatsApp updates, support and reconciliation — one reference from dispatch to proof of delivery.

Yes. Multi-drop is supported on every vehicle, with a small per-stop fee that's shown before you confirm — R25 on a bakkie, R35 on a panel van, R80 with offload on a 4- or 8-ton truck, and R120 on the heavier classes.

Because the vehicle drives it. A delivery from A to B still puts the truck back on the road to come home, on the same diesel and the same tyres, and we'd rather show you that as its own line than hide it inside a higher per-km rate. Two things remove it: if we have a paying load for the return, you aren't charged for it at all — which is exactly why the scheduled QwaQwa–Bethlehem corridor is cheaper than an ad-hoc booking over the same distance.

Yes — 14-ton, rigid, superlink and interlink, up to 34 tons. Rates for these classes are confirmed on quotation rather than published flat, because long-haul pricing depends heavily on the route, the backhaul and the load.

South African diesel prices move monthly, based on a Department of Mineral Resources and Energy benchmark. Our Fuel Adjustment Factor reflects that real movement as a transparent line item on every quote — you always see the adjustment amount before you confirm a booking, never a surprise surcharge after the fact.

You'll get a low-balance alert before it blocks anything. Top up instantly by EFT or card and keep booking — no account freezes, no paperwork.

Optional cargo insurance can be arranged before dispatch. Mention it when you confirm the booking and we'll price it into the job.

Standard hours are 06:00–22:00, seven days. After-hours (18:00–06:00) carries a 15% surcharge and is available by arrangement.

Your next delivery, already priced.

Quote it on the site, confirm it on WhatsApp, track it to the door. Dispatch runs 06:00–22:00, seven days.
