No. Madaraka is fully cashless. Your business wallet pays for every delivery automatically, so drivers never handle money and nothing is dispatched unpaid.
Every confirmed booking generates a unique Order Number. Use it for live tracking, WhatsApp updates, support and reconciliation — one reference from dispatch to proof of delivery.
Yes. Multi-drop is supported on every vehicle, with a small per-stop fee that's shown before you confirm — R25 on a bakkie, R35 on a panel van, R80 with offload on trucks.
