Asked before you book
Documents, boxed parcels, a gift, spares, keys: anything up to 30 kg on a scooter or motorbike, and up to 80 kg in a car. We do not carry cash, hazardous goods or anything that needs a cold chain.
Somebody needs to receive it. The rider photographs the hand-over, and if nobody is there they will call you before deciding what to do: leave it with a neighbour or at reception, or bring it back.

No. You price the job and pay for it. An account only makes the second booking faster because your places are saved.
